At Siemens Healthineers, we are committed to improving patient outcomes through innovative medical technologies. Our Rockford, Tennessee manufacturing facility is a critical part of our Molecular Imaging (MI) business, producing the advanced components and subsystems that power PET/CT, SPECT/CT, and gamma camera systems used by healthcare providers around the world.

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a key role in building, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting the production of high-precision components and assemblies used in next-generation molecular imaging systems. Working alongside engineers, quality specialists, and manufacturing teams, you'll help ensure our products meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and quality.
** You are responsible for:
*** Supporting the manufacturing, assembly, testing, and repair of precision components and subsystems used in Molecular Imaging products.
* Installing, qualifying, and ramping up manufacturing equipment to support new product introductions and production improvements.
* Performing troubleshooting, diagnostics, repair, and rework on manufacturing equipment and production assemblies.
* Collecting, recording, and analyzing production data to identify trends and improve manufacturing performance.
* Monitoring manufacturing equipment, tooling, and machine control systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
* Partnering with Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to implement process improvements and support manufacturing readiness.
* Identifying and resolving manufacturing issues that impact product quality, throughput, or daily operations.
* Supporting process validation activities and implementing manufacturing changes to improve efficiency and product quality.
* Developing and updating work instructions, manufacturing documentation, and equipment procedures as needed.
* Maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-focused manufacturing environment while following all quality system and regulatory requirements.

* Required Qualifications:

*** Associate degree in Electronics, Electrical Technology, Mechanical Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education and manufacturing experience.
* 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, production, electronics, or technical assembly environment.
* Experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment or electro-mechanical systems.
* Ability to interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and technical documentation.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
* Experience using standard electrical and mechanical test equipment.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Experience in medical device, electronics, semiconductor, aerospace, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
* Familiarity with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or Six Sigma principles.
* Experience supporting automated manufacturing equipment or machine control systems.
* Knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001 or ISO 13485.
* Experience with soldering, electronic assembly, detector manufacturing, optics, or precision manufacturing processes.
* Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) manufacturing activities.
