Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour

Duties:

+ Lead and support a team of production associates to ensure daily production goals are met safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

+ Perform packing, hand packing, rework, inspections, and visual quality checks to ensure compliance with manufacturing quality standards.

+ Assist with line clearances, changeovers, and minor equipment adjustments to minimize downtime.

+ Provide break and lunch relief by temporarily covering production positions to maintain continuous operations and minimize downtime.

+ Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.

+ Support other warehouse and production duties as assigned to meet operational needs such as 5S workplace organization.

+ Move, stage, and handle raw materials, work in process (WIP), finished goods, and product returns to maintain production flow.

+ Follow safety, quality, production, and operational procedures while contributing to daily production goals.

+ Ensure compliance with company policies and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.

Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education:
No Education Requirement.
