Amazon’s Process Assistant role in Jackson, TN, is an on-site position within our Last Mile operations. You will help manage labor, lead meetings, assign duties, and ensure safe, efficient production everyday.
Responsibilities include tracking labor hours, supporting production tasks, coaching associates, and maintaining SOP compliance. Flexibility to work weekends/nights/holidays is required, with ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for long shifts. Starting pay is $23.00–$25.00 per hour.
