Environment, Health and Safety Manager AS

A leading industrial manufacturing and technology organization is seeking a EHS Manager to support operational safety and environmental compliance, for a large production site in the Jackson, TN area.

This person will be tasked with driving a strong safety culture, reducing risk, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements across a manufacturing environment. The role offers significant visibility and the opportunity to influence site performance through continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

• Lead the development and execution of HSE programs, policies, and management systems.
• Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective action initiatives.
• Deliver safety training and promote employee engagement in HSE programs.
• Manage regulatory compliance activities, audits, inspections, permits, and reporting.
• Partner with operations and leadership teams to strengthen safety performance and emergency preparedness.

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of HSE experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• CSP, CIH, NEBOSH, or similar professional certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders, drive change, and improve HSE performance.
