Imagine arriving to a spotless production floor, greeting a tight-knit crew, and taking command of the line. You complete your pre-start checks, calibrate equipment, and begin producing a consistent, high-quality product. Throughout the day, you keep a keen eye on gauges, perform quick changeovers, and document everything needed for traceability—always prioritizing safety and quality.
Compensation and Schedule Starting pay: $18.00 - $22.0012-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotation
Day shift: 6:45 am - 7:00 pm | Night shift: 6:45 pm - 7:00 am Shift differential: $1.50 per hour for eligible shifts

What you'll handle
Operate production equipment safely, following all company policies and procedures.
Keep the area clean and hazard-free; promptly flag risks to a Supervisor or HSE Manager to support the Zero and Beyond safety initiative.
Monitor product quality against standards using visual checks and basic mechanical measurements.
Complete equipment setups and changeovers per established procedures.
Load and unload materials and finished goods as required.
Follow written and verbal instructions, procedures, and work orders precisely.
Log production, quality, and traceability data with accuracy.
Participate in cross-training and assist with other duties as assigned.
What you bring
High School Diploma or GED (accredited institution).Comfort with basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.
Ability to stand for up to 12 hours per day.
Ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs multiple times per day.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally.
Basic mechanical aptitude and computer skills.
Interest in learning to operate a forklift (training provided as needed).Thrives in a high-performing team with limited supervision.
Legal requirement
Must be able to pass background check and drug test.
