ADM Milling – Carbohydrate Solutions in Jackson, TN, seeks a Packaging Superintendent to lead daily operations for 8,800 cwt/day dry corn grind and 9 packaging lines. You will report to the Plant Manager and supervise 3 Operations Supervisors and ~55 hourly staff, implementing safety, quality, and efficiency programs.
The ideal candidate has an Engineering degree or related supervisory experience, strong leadership, problem solving, and MS Office proficiency.
