Job Summary
This role is an experienced, analytical, and dynamic person who is responsible for the strategic and tactical management of ongoing category marketing programs to build brand equity and drive business results that support the Pest Control Commercial Business. The position has an active voice in planning, resource designation, and the delivery of large‑scale marketing plans and go‑to‑market strategies that consistently achieve business goals.
PrincipalDuties and Responsibilities
- Own all aspects of the business, ensuring lead growth, retention, and upsell plans are clearly defined and implemented to address market share, sales, profitability, cancellations, and renewals across assigned LOBs.
- Collaborate with Campaigns and channel owners to develop the omni‑channel plan aligned with customer targeting, LOB, and vertical priorities to achieve AOP goals.
- Own revenue growth targets for LOBs related to marketing initiatives and innovation launches.
- Work closely with Data, Analytics & Insights and Product Management to assess competitive landscape, market trends, and customer data to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
- Ensure the innovation roadmap delivers on customer needs and meets financial targets.
- Lead the definition and execution of go‑to‑market strategies, value propositions, and claims that resonate with customers.
- Supervise product launch plans for LOBs, including development of collateral, sales tools, and playbooks.
- Maintain regular communication with Sales Leaders to ensure alignment, including leading a Commercial Sales & Marketing Council.
- Define, coordinate, and deliver marketing‑to‑sales programs, product and pricing training, and updates through partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead collaboration and coordination of multiple teams, ensuring local execution of product strategies and plans and embedding local needs into go‑to‑market plans.
- Develop materials and resources to encourage partnerships with customers and manage marketing assets and content library.
- Manage trade show and event strategy, including strategic direction, content direction, budget, ROI reporting, and attend events as required.
- Track expenses against budget and report ROI regularly to DOM and finance departments.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing management, influencing internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly creative, analytical, autonomous, self‑starter, problem‑solver.
- Strong analytic skills with the ability to provide insight and recommendations to DOM.
- Plan and organize company participation in multiple events, including cross‑functional coordination.
- Strategic thinking and engagement with stakeholders.
- Strong presentation skills and effective communication with leadership.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and switch tasks quickly.
- Expert understanding of brand management, brand positioning, and awareness.
- Deep knowledge of lead creation, development, nurturing, and management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with cross‑functional teams and mid‑level leadership.
- Organizational skills and heightened attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills for healthy internal and external relationships.
- Computer skills; experience with Google Platform a plus.
- Understanding of content marketing and social marketing.
- High drive, work ethic, personal accountability, ability to work under pressure while maintaining sound judgment.
- Knowledge of restaurant, supermarket/retail/convenience store verticals a plus.
- Outstanding analytical and problem‑solving abilities with strong understanding of corporate marketing and financial performance indicators.
- Indirect people‑management skills with experience leading a large, dispersed workforce across multiple locations.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills for strategic and operational execution.
- Outstanding communication skills with influence at all levels.
