* The 100 CollectionTM is looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and motivated Content Curator to help bring our brand and our partners' destinations to life across social media.
* This role is perfect for someone who understands how to create engaging travel and lifestyle content that feels inspirational and who is extremely trend-aware. In your day-to-day operations, you'll manage social media execution, curate and edit video content, build engaging reels and short-form videos, and help strategize creative content ideas even when raw assets are limited.

* Manage and schedule content across Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, and emerging platforms
* Produce reels, short-form videos, and static posts that align with brand standards
* Curate assets from partner brands, creators, and destinations into cohesive, on-brand content
* Develop creative concepts and story-driven video ideas — even when raw footage is limited
* Build monthly content calendars and support seasonal campaigns
* Monitor platform trends, audio trends, and algorithm shifts to keep content performing
* Collaborate with marketing, brand, and partner success teams on launches, promotions, and destination features
* Identify opportunities for influencer partnerships, creator collabs, and UGC-style content## Required
* Proven experience managing social media for a brand or business
* Strong command of Instagram Reels, Tik Tok, and short-form content strategy
* Hands-on video editing experience for social (Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
* Ability to craft compelling content from limited existing assets
* A sharp eye for aesthetics, visual storytelling, and travel/lifestyle branding
* Familiarity with social analytics and performance reporting## Nice to Have
* Background in short-term rentals, hospitality, travel, or lifestyle
* Experience with influencers, creators, or UGC campaigns
* Photography or light graphic design skills
