Job Overview
Position provides Cosmetology services to clients in the assigned departments. Supports the organization in fulfilling the mission, vision, and values of Logan Health.
Qualifications- Current Montana Cosmetology License required.
- Minimum of one (1) year Cosmetologist work experience required.
- Promotes excellence through setting high standards and providing high quality outcomes.

- Excellent organizational skills, detail‑oriented, self‑starter, possess critical thinking skills, and be able to set priorities and function as part of a team as well as independently.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Possess basic computer skills and ability to learn other software as needed.
Specific Duties
- Professionally greets clients upon arrival.
- Performs beauty procedures for clients to include cut, shampoo, and style.
- Exhibits excellence in the use of all equipment to include scissors, clippers, curlers, straighteners, hair dryers.
- Maintains a clean workstation and sterilizes all tools per health and safety requirements.
- Exhibits a willingness to listen to clients in order to provide the desired outcome.
- Assists in monitoring inventory of supplies and submits request for replacement per department procedure.
- Maintains regular and consistent attendance as scheduled by department leadership.
Shift: Day Shift – Variable Hours
Schedule:
Part‑time 20 hr/wk
