CARE of Ridgely Rehab & Wellness Center is a 100-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center that offers a safe, secure environment for medical care, including specialized dementia and behavioral care for cognitively impaired residents.

• Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility.

• Possess an active RN license in the state of residence.
• Current or active CPR certification.
• Customer‑service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and productivity.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
