• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff during weekend shifts to ensure efficient and effective patient care
• Monitor patient conditions and collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Provide mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff to promote professional development
• Address and resolve patient and staff concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and shift reports
• Assist in staffing assignments and resource management to optimize workflow
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, healthcare regulations, and safety standards
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple priorities
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
