• Assess patient needs and identify physiologic and psychosocial changes.
• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret clinical data; document nursing diagnoses and care plans.
• Initiate and evaluate patient and/or family education.
• Revise care plans based on evaluation outcomes and changes in the medical plan.

• Active RN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum 18 months of recent experience in an acute care PCU or step‑down setting.
• Other client‑specified requirements may apply.
