Memory Care Unit Certified Nursing Assistant; CNA

Position Overview

We are looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Female Affinity (Memory Care) Unit located in Loudon, TN. The role centers on providing compassionate, patient‑focused care to residents with memory challenges, within a supportive team that values dedication and teamwork.

• Attend to residents’ individual needs, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulation.
• Take and record vital signs, lift, move, and transport residents using proper body mechanics.
• Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to nurse management, asking clarifying questions when needed.
• Communicate and interact effectively and tactfully with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors.
• Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff.
• Assist nurses with various duties as directed.

• At least one year of CNA experience in a long‑term care setting is highly preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a current state certification as a CNA.
