Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the center.
- Administer IV therapy as an LPN IV Certified, following applicable policies and procedures.
- Support patient education and care coordination to promote positive health outcomes.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with IV Certification.
- Experience in IV therapy and patient-centered care.
- Compassionate and dedicated to community health.
