United Health Group’s Medical Center Home Health is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 7 on / 7 off schedule with no on-call requirement. The RN will provide and direct nursing care to patients in their homes, coordinate the care plan with physicians and the care team, and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
Responsibilities include initiating and revising care plans, supervising home health aides and nurses, and performing comprehensive assessments and documentation.
