Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate MDS Coordinator (LPN or RN) to join a care team in a full-time role. The role emphasizes teamwork and compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities- attending educational meetings
- coordinating the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process
- accurately completing MDS assessments and supporting documentation
- evaluating residents' care plans
- auditing medical records
- collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- maintaining confidentiality of protected health information
- performing additional tasks as assigned
Candidates must hold an active LPN or RN license in Tennessee, have at least 3 years of nursing experience including supervisory roles, and complete MDS training within 6 months. RAC certification is preferred.
