Nurse Practitioner - NP​/PA Primary Care Weekends

Position Summary

Part‑time, Every Weekend Float in Nashville. Provide patient care as a Nurse Practitioner in Minute Clinic with support of clinical care team.

• Provide primary and family evidence‑based care, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, health counseling, and disposition planning.
• Perform administrative duties: opening/closing clinic, inventory, patient follow‑up, verifying insurance, collecting payment, maintaining a clean environment.
• Handle patient appointments, perform routing examinations and coordinate with other healthcare professionals.
• Encourage patients to become active participants in their healthcare through screenings, behavioral health, wellness, and chronic condition management.
• Order and administer immunizations and injections (COVID‑19, influenza, TB, Depo) and provide vaccine counseling.
• Maintain accurate charting and follow‑up during the shift; no work taken home.

• At least one year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in family medicine or primary care.
• Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
• Evidence‑based care skills, including pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, and safer sex practices.
• Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent.
• Completion of DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Fit test pass and respirator mask usage as required.

• EPIC experience.
• Proficiency in additional languages, including Spanish.
• Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and state license.
• Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies or equivalent with national board certification and state license.

• Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program with current national board certification and state license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
• Or, Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (or other health‑related master's) with current board certification and state license.

Anticipated weekly hours: 15. Pay range: $41.85 – $90.13 per hour. Eligible for bonus, commission, or short‑term incentive program.
