Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; provide services according to prescribed orders; monitor signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes; collect, analyze, and interpret patient data; document nursing diagnoses and patient status.
Qualifications & Skills: Current LPN/LVN license in the practice state; valid TB or Chest X-Ray, and BLS certification; preferred one year of professional nursing experience.
