The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) for the Progressive Care Unit at Hermitage, TN leads a 34-bed team in a fast-paced acute care setting. You will mentor clinical staff, coordinate patient care, and ensure a seamless, patient-centered experience while maintaining compliance and quality standards.
Qualifications include Tennessee RN license, BSN, BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Certification within 30 days, and prior Charge Nurse experience in an acute setting.
