As an LPN – Hospice with Addus Family Company, you’ll provide compassionate end-of-life nursing care in patients’ homes. Under RN and physician direction, you’ll administer medications, perform wound care, monitor symptoms, and report changes in condition. You’ll educate patients and families on comfort measures, coordinate with the interdisciplinary hospice team, and support emotional and spiritual needs.
