As an Account Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for our commercial clients, ensuring their landscaping needs are met with excellence. Your role will combine client relationship management, job site visits, quality assurance, and team coordination.

• Serve as the main liaison between clients and operations
• Conduct regular site visits to evaluate service quality and identify improvement opportunities
• Ensure services are delivered on time and up to U.S. Lawns standards
• Communicate proactively with clients about service schedules, enhancements, and seasonal needs
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure crews have what they need to succeed
• Identify opportunities and propose solutions to clients
• Assist with scheduling, routing, and team development when needed

• Someone who loves being outdoors and doesn’t want to be stuck behind a desk all day
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot landscaping issues before they become problems
• Previous experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or customer service (preferred)
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and manage multiple accounts
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Successful background check and drug screen
