** What We Would Like You to Do
** AER Technologies, Inc is seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our success-driven quality control team. The primary role of our Quality Control Inspector (Final Tester) is to perform a final test of the units to ensure defects have been fixed and the units are ready to ship. In this role, you will:
* Perform accurate and detailed visual inspections of products according to the manufacturers' specifications and company quality standards
* Perform accurate flash-programming of all audio and cluster-related products and rotate between them daily (on an as-needed basis and as directed)
* Collect data for record-keeping purposes
** What You Bring to the Table
*** High School diploma or equivalent
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
* Ability to upload new software for automotive updates
* Strong interpersonal skills. A team player is needed to maintain an ongoing harmonious work environment
* Good organization skills

** Compensation*** $15 - $18 per hour
** Interview Process*
