Trains and mentors BOH employees to uphold Zaxby's standards for high quality food and safe preparation.;
Ensures kitchen runs smoothly by accurately preparing food prep items to avoid bottlenecks.;
Oversees BOH employees to complete the BOH checklist by shift end and maintains Time-Temp Log as required.
