Lead shifts every week to ensure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience;
Manage assigned Systems, like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results;
Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, and that Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for the best service;
Ensure the restaurant delivers great quality food, is safe, fast, and that food cost is controlled, and that all kitchen staff are trained in production procedures;
Hire, train, and schedule crew to meet restaurant sales and profit goals, and recognize and motivate them throughout their time working there
