Directly support the General Manager and supervise up to 15 team members in a fast-paced restaurant.;
Oversee all FOH and BOH operations to ensure food quality, customer service, and safety.;
Train employees on customer service, food preparation, safety, and operational procedures; provide feedback.;
Manage labor costs, inventory, and food waste; handle daily admin duties including scheduling, cash handling, deposits, and weekly sales reports.;
Open and close the restaurant; handle emergencies; maintain Micros system knowledge and coordinate maintenance.
