Manage all FOH and BOH aspects of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of food quality, customer service, and safety.;
Conduct constant training sessions for all employees to ensure correct operational procedures.;
Control labor costs, food waste costs, and inventory management; manage scheduling and financial records.;
Supervise up to 15 employees and provide performance feedback; resolve employee and customer satisfaction issues.;
Open and close the restaurant per checklists; oversee Micros system and maintenance; coordinate with suppliers.
