Directly supports the General Manager and leads restaurant operations (FOH and BOH) to meet standards.;
Train employees on customer service, food preparation, safety, and operational procedures.;
Manage labor costs, inventory, and food waste; monitor par levels and costs.;
Schedule staff, perform till verification and cash handling, and prepare weekly sales reports.;
Resolve employee and customer satisfaction issues; provide performance feedback and lead up to 15 team members.
