Zaxby's -  -  - Responsibilities:
Set up and close the kitchen for total operational functionality of shift and following shift.;
Prepare all items on kitchen prep list following Zaxby's training procedures to ensure all food items are fully stocked for a shift.;
Understand every kitchen station and follow all Zaxby's cooking procedures to ensure safe service of high quality food.;
Work on the center-line of food production to guarantee high quality food and customer service that is fast and presented in the correct manner.;
Follow FIFO inventory procedures, properly labels all prepared food items, and knows where all kitchen items are located.
