Directly supports the General Manager and leads restaurant operations, overseeing FOH and BOH to ensure food quality, service, and safety;
Productively trains employees on customer service, food preparation, and safety issues with performance feedback;
Manages labor costs, inventory, and food waste while training employees on these controls;
Opens and closes the restaurant using proper checklists and conducts daily/weekly administrative duties;
Supervises up to 15 employees and communicates company objectives with positive feedback
