Our agency opened in 2018 and is a close-knit team of four focused on growth, teamwork, and delivering a great customer experience. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked with the Tennessee Titans and served in the Marine Corps, bringing discipline, leadership, and a team‑first mindset into the business.

I attended Lipscomb University and am married with three kids. We enjoy spending time outdoors and attending sporting events together. We stay involved in the community through our church and various humanitarian efforts.

Role Description

Clayton Blunt - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist – State Farm Agent Team Member.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
