Store Sales Associate – Jackson, TN

Immediately hiring! Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Starting pay $15.00–$17.00 per hour. Full-time benefits and weekly pay.

• Monday – Friday: 7 am – 5 pm.
• Saturday: 8 am – 12 pm.
• Sunday:
  Closed.

As a Store Sales Associate, you will provide outstanding customer service to our retail and contractor customers, helping them with all paint-related needs, placing orders, advising on product and color selections, and recommending additional products to ease their work.

• Greet and assess the needs of wholesale and retail customers.
• Mix, tint, and match paint to customer requests.
• Safely move, load, and unload products for stocking, delivery, and order processing.
• Ensure that the store remains clean and stocked.
• Process orders and payments received in‑person, by phone, online, or email.
• Use the POS system to receive payments and cash out customers.
• May be trained to make local deliveries using company vehicle.
• Report to the Store Manager.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license in your state of residence with no restrictions and an acceptable driving record.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Customer service skills and a team‑oriented focus with a stable job history.
• Availability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly.
