Maintain area of responsibility per policies and procedures; handle returns; zone area; organize merchandise; identify shrink and damages;
Provide member service by maintaining exit areas; review member receipts; acknowledge member; assist with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise;
Maintain self-checkout area; resolve member issues; promote products and services; guide members on self-service technology; process purchases; assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges;
Assist with securing Sam's Club assets; observe and report potential criminal activity; maintain logs and documentation; execute emergency procedures; ensure safety compliance;
Assist with training of Member Frontline Service associates on processes; teach new technology and tool functionality; deliver program rollout training; promote continuous learning and process improvement.
