T-Mobile Wireless Retail Sales Representative - $250 Sign-On Bonus PLUS 3 Month Commission Guarantee (CE Workforce)

Compensation:
Up to $25 per hour including base pay and commissions. Full Benefits. Full Time.

Sign on Bonus: $250 paid out after completion of T-Mobile Training (New Hires Only)

Commission Guarantee: $250 for the first three months of employment.

We are looking for an experienced Wireless Retail Sales Associate. Our Associates work directly with customers to help them purchase and operate T‑Mobile devices and service.

You will be reporting directly to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.

Exploring individual needs and providing hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.

Side‑by‑side selling to find personalized solutions beyond basic devices and plans.

Guide customers through the purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and informed answers, sharing expertise.

Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy.

Own the customer experience and resolve issues to create a seamless environment.

Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

A “go‑getter” with a “never stop until you get to the top” attitude.

Experience in a retail setting preferred but not required. Positive attitude and willingness to learn are valued.

Outstanding people and communication skills.

Enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment and able to multitask.

Very flexible availability, able to work weekends and holidays.
