Role SummaryStocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
ResponsibilitiesStocking, backroom, and receiving associates work to ensure customers can find all items.
Responsibilities include:
- Unload trucks
- Sort products in the backroom
- Stock products on shelves
- Maintain neat aisles and a clean area
- Assist and greet customers and answer questions
Eligible for annual or quarterly performance incentives. Hourly premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
