We’re looking for a Regional Sales Executive to join our Locker Solutions division, focused on the Tennessee market. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to build meaningful client relationships, earn uncapped commissions, and do it all with the support of an experienced team behind them.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prospect and close new multifamily business throughout Nashville and beyond
- Nurture and grow existing relationships, introducing new solutions as they become available
- Collaborate with marketing and operations for quoting and fulfillment
- Represent the company at local industry events and national trade shows
- Travel regionally and occasionally nationwide for client meetings and events
What You Bring:
- Direct experience selling to the multifamily housing industry (property managers, developers, or vendors)
- A proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong networking skills and a relationship-first sales approach
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely
- On-track earnings (OTE): $115,000+ with uncapped commission
- Monthly/Quarterly bonuses based on performance
