Key responsibilities
  • Drive revenue and increase market share in a defined set of accounts.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute a plan to grow the AWS footprint within your set of accounts.
  • Manage numerous accounts concurrently & strategically.
  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.
  • Accelerate customer adoption through well‑developed sales engagements and successful go‑to‑market strategy to achieve customer outcomes.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage experience in technology sales, business development, or consulting aimed at enterprise‑level insurance industry customers (P&C or L&A).

Day in the life:
As an Enterprise Account Manager at AWS, you will directly impact revenue growth and drive adoption among large customers with minimal AWS presence, shaping emerging technologies.

Basic qualifications
  • 7+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud or SaaS markets, selling to C‑level executives.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure (e.g., network, data center, hardware, software).
Preferred qualifications
  • 10+ years of working with Core Cloud Technology Services, including Compute, Edge, Hybrid, Security, or Networking.
  • Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions‑focused approach or equivalent.

Base salary range: USA, CA, San Francisco – $–$ USD annually; USA, GA, Atlanta – $–$ USD annually; USA, IL, Chicago – $–$ USD annually; USA, MA, Boston – $–$ USD annually; USA, NC, Charlotte – $–$ USD annual; USA, NY, New York – $–$ USD annual; USA, TN, Nashville – $–$ USD annual; USA, VA, Arlington – $–$ USD annual;

USA, WA, Seattle – $–$ USD annual.

Your package will include sign‑on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Final compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
