Rugby Architectural Building Products is a wholesale distributor of specialty building products operational across 26 branches in the United States. We are looking for a driven, results‑oriented Outside Sales Representative to serve the Lebanon, TN area
.

• Sell our products to current customers in the region with a focus on customer service.
• Grow sales by identifying and calling on potential new customers throughout the territory.
• Communicate customer needs to the branch to optimize product mix and increase future sales.
• Collaborate with inside sales staff to ensure a coordinated and synchronized sales effort.
• Accompany vendors’ sales representatives as needed, calling on appropriate customer accounts to address vendor concerns.

• Minimum of 6–10 years of sales experience, ideally in outside sales or territory sales roles within the construction or building materials industry.
• Knowledge of millwork and understanding of 2‑step distribution.
• Ability to travel as needed throughout the territory.
• Excellent customer service skills; knowledge of DMSi Agility software is a plus.
• Acceptance of routine drug screening (Safety‑Sensitive position).
