Sales Training Facilitator – Corporate Payments
An experienced facilitator will drive onboarding and continuous learning programs that accelerate seller readiness and performance across U.S. revenue. Responsibilities include delivering live virtual and in‑person onboarding, coaching, and skill‑building activities for mid‑market, enterprise and eCommerce sales teams. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, expert instructor, and partner to sales leaders, who can diagnose gaps, adapt facilitation, and support multiple selling motions.
Responsibilities- Deliver live (virtual and in‑person) onboarding sessions covering skills, systems, products, and processes; may travel for new hire onboarding initiatives.
- Guide new hires through structured 30/60/90‑day journeys and reinforce performance milestones.
- Facilitate role‑plays, call practice, objection handling, and discovery exercises for general and line‑of‑business sales scenarios.
- Provide timely coaching, feedback, and escalation of skill concerns.
- Support continuous learning for tenured reps across all segments, including refreshers on tools and GTM initiatives.
- Help roll out new sales tools, methodologies, and GTM initiatives.
- Reinforce core sales behaviors, frameworks, and operational discipline.
- Partner with Enablement teams to identify coaching opportunities based on data, feedback and skill gaps.
- Deliver in‑field and virtual coaching to reinforce training concepts.
- Observe sales activities, provide actionable feedback, and support frontline managers.
- Capture & share field insights, guide content development, and partner with instructional designers.
- Ensure training meets objectives and follows adult‑learning best practices.
- Track attendance, engagement, and completion metrics; contribute to program evaluation.
- Monitor new‑hire performance indicators and coordinate follow‑ups with leaders.
- Drive measurable improvements in seller readiness, ramp time, and core behavior adoption.
- Prepare training materials and logistics ahead of sessions.
- Coordinate communication, scheduling, and cohort management for new‑hire programs.
- Maintain training assets and learner records with Enablement partners.
- 4+ years of experience in training facilitation, sales enablement, coaching, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, communications, business, or related field (preferred).
- Training or facilitation certifications (ATD, etc.) – plus.
- Strong presentation, communication, and group facilitation skills.
- Ability to run effective role‑plays, discovery practice, and skills‑based exercises.
- Strong organization and time‑management skills.
- Experience in fast‑paced or high‑volume sales environments.
- Comfort with virtual facilitation tools such as Zoom or Teams.
- Experience supporting inside, field, call‑center, or eCommerce sales teams.
- Experience with training across multiple lines of business or selling motions.
- Knowledge of sales processes, CRM tools, and activity expectations.
- Understanding of adult learning theory and modern learning methodologies.
- Experience collaborating with instructional designers or enablement teams.
- Familiarity with learning platforms such as Allego, Mind Tickle, Showpad, or other LMS tools (preferred).
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, or similar tools.
- PowerPoint and virtual collaboration tools proficiency.
- Ability to travel up to 10–25% domestically.
