** What You’ll Be Doing
** This is a customer-facing, high-energy sales role—not behind the scenes.

You will:
* Greet customers and confidently start conversations
* Present and sell Glide Xpress membership plans
* Explain pricing, value, and benefits in a clear, honest way
* Create a positive, memorable customer experience
* Track your sales and work toward daily and monthly goals
* Stay active and engaged throughout your shift (outdoors and on your feet)
* Support your team in hitting site-wide performance targets
