Job DetailsWork Type: Full-time Hybrid – must live and travel 2-5 days per week in the territory.
Compensation: $55,000–$65,000 base salary plus performance incentives.
Location: Morristown, TN.
Travel: 2-5 days per week, primarily local to schools and organizations; some out‑of‑area and overnight travel may be expected.
Work Hours: May vary; evenings and weekends may be required.
- Provide best‑in‑class consultative customer service to coaches across the assigned territory.
- Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
- Actively develop and qualify leads through cold‑calling and lead generation campaigns.
- Handle rejection with resilience and turn challenges into opportunities.
- Navigate CRM tools for prospecting, account management, and activity tracking.
- Increase sales in existing accounts by selling all sports at all levels.
- Use data‑driven insights to identify new trends and opportunities.
- Manage your account list and travel on location within the territory.
- High level of self‑direction and autonomy in managing tasks, projects, and responsibilities.
- Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and multi‑tasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong time‑management skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM.
- 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience (preferably sporting goods) or coaching/sports‑related background.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must own a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
