The Hotel Sales Manager is responsible for achieving revenue targets, assisting in the development of strategic sales plans, and fostering strong relationships with clients. This role requires a dynamic, results‑driven individual with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and exceptional leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development:
    Assist with and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents, corporate accounts, and other stakeholders.
  • Market Analysis:
    Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Revenue Management:
    Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize pricing and inventory strategies.
  • Sales Reporting:
    Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Event Coordination:
    Oversee the planning and execution of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Qualifications
  • Education:

    Hospitality specific training in Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management or a related field.
  • Experience:

    Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 1 year in a Hotel sales role.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
    • Proficiency in sales and CRM software.
