Job Overview

Although listed as “remote,” candidates must reside in Tennessee and will manage a territory covering Tennessee and Kentucky. This role leads the growth of Henry Schein Products lines within assigned HSD Centers, partnering with Field Sales Consultants, Regional General Managers, DSO Team Members, and Clinical Sales Management to drive the HS Products portfolio into single‑site and multi‑site accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow Henry Schein Products revenue, profitability, and market share at the center level within the designated territory.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with RGM to identify center‑level category growth opportunities in both private accounts and L/R‑DSOs, emphasizing Biomaterial and Endo products.
  • Provide targeting and analytics resources to RGM/FSC to identify account‑level growth opportunities.
  • Deliver clinical knowledge to customers and FSC teams to drive sales at accounts.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, in person and virtually, to support HSP category growth in private practice and DSO or study club settings.
  • Collaborate with internal resources and Clinical Sales Management to develop selling materials, launch programs, and implement plans that address needs and opportunities within DSO accounts across the HSP portfolio.
  • Utilize available CRM, analytics, and communication platforms to document, analyze, plan, and coordinate activities related to growing HSP revenue within the designated territory.

Minimum Work Experience

Travel & Physical Demands

Travel typically around 80%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
