About the Role
As an Outside Sales Executive for Global Payments, you will promote and sell the Genius® POS and software solutions across retail, restaurant, and service verticals. Your focus will be on driving local business growth through a full‑cycle sales process while building a strong residual income stream.

- Earn a competitive compensation package: $50,000 base, OTE $100,000+, residual income, quarterly bonuses, healthcare, PTO, and 401k.
- Receive leadership support from a District Manager and the opportunity to sell across multiple verticals.
- Fully own the sales cycle: prospecting, demos, negotiation, and closing.
- Consult with business owners to improve operations, increase customer loyalty, and streamline payments using the Genius® platform.
- Build long‑term residual income by closing short‑cycle deals and pursuing repeat opportunities.
- Track pipeline activity consistently in Atlas and Salesforce.
- Work closely with a District Manager to identify and prioritize opportunities.
- B2B sales experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or merchant services.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Highly motivated, competitive, and self‑driven with a willingness to spend 75%+ of time in the field.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally up to 75% of the time.
- Must reside within the job posting area and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Base salary: $50,000.
- On‑target earnings (OTE): $100,000+ with residual income and monthly/quarterly bonuses.
