Sr Client Solutions Executive – Manheim
Location:
Nashville, Tennessee (remote within Nashville area). This role requires frequent travel (4‑5 days a week, 80% travel) to client locations in the Manchester, Tennessee area.
Base salary range: $59,000 – $88,400 per year, plus an annual incentive/commission target of $32,000.
Responsibilities- Develop a sales strategy to retain and grow revenue from an assigned book of business across the Cox Automotive suite.
- Collaborate with team members across departments and auction locations to improve client service and experience.
- Identify and pursue opportunities with key accounts for additional Cox Automotive solutions, working with sales teams to close deals.
- Build relationships with dealers, providing consultative solutions selling, and driving the inventory solutions sales cycle.
- Leverage Salesforce to support sales activities and maintain accurate client data.
- Represent Cox Automotive at client locations, ensuring all inventory solutions are promoted and commissioned.

- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and at least 4 years of sales experience.
- May accept a master’s degree with 2 years of experience, a Ph.D. with up to 1 year of experience, or 8 years of sales experience.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
- Strong communication, customer service and relationship‑building skills.
- Experience in automotive, auction, wholesale or internet sales is preferred.
- Proven track record of growing accounts from an existing base.
- Fluency in , including report generation and data mining.
