Sales Desk Manager

Job Summary

Dealership:
John Eagle Honda, part of Lithia Motors, a Fortune 500 company listed on the NYSE (LAD). We are seeking an Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales desk.

• Manage the activities of all sales staff ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved.
• Responsible for training, cross‑training, and development of all sales staff.
• Ensure sales goals are attained.
• Manage daily activity & training of the sales staff.
• Ensure sales people are engaging with customers.
• Address and resolve customer concerns.

• Previous Automotive Sales Management experience is a plus.
• Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSI.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
