Manager Trainee – Tower Loan

Our full‑time Manager Development Program offers a 10‑12 month experience in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations, with competitive pay and performance incentives.

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long‑term customer relationships and recommend appropriate services.
• Offer optional products to existing and new customers.
• Contact customers for payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist the manager in exceeding office goals.
• Support management tasks such as delegating workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion to management.

• Sales, collections, or customer service experience.

• On‑site, Monday‑Friday 8:30AM‑5:30PM, with occasional extended hours and possible Saturday work.
