We are looking for an
energetic, proven Used Car Sales Manager who can do more than maintain inventory.

We want someone capable of
growing our used vehicle business exponentially.

You understand the entire machine:

You know what is selling, what is aging, what the market is doing, and when to hold gross versus move the metal.

AGED INVENTORY IS NOT A COLLECTION.

You attack aging early, price to market, trade when necessary, wholesale when appropriate, and continuously replace stale inventory with vehicles customers actually want.

• Used vehicle sales volume and profitability
• Inventory acquisition and appraisals
• Pricing, aging and inventory turn
• Reconditioning speed and expense
• Used vehicle merchandising
• Wholesale strategy
• Sales-team coaching and accountability
• Growing the overall used vehicle operation

• Proven automotive sales and leadership ability
• Strong appraisal and acquisition skills
• Excellent inventory management knowledge
• Strong understanding of gross profit and retail math
• High energy and a relentless sense of urgency
• Process-driven, competitive and results-focused
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Professional references required

Franchise dealership experience preferred, but not required
