The company provides burden carriers and personnel transport vehicles to meet the needs of a wide range of commercial, recreational, and institutional customers. Team members work closely with customers to understand their unique requirements and match them with appropriate carts and services.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Jackson, TN. The Salesperson will engage directly with customers in the showroom and by phone, learn their transportation needs, and recommend appropriate new or used golf carts, utility carts, and transport solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, preparing quotes, processing sales orders, and coordinating with service and rental teams to ensure smooth delivery and follow-up.

The role also involves maintaining product knowledge, updating customer records, and supporting promotional activities to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with diverse customers.
• Sales and negotiation abilities, including experience closing deals, handling objections, and meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Basic mechanical understanding or interest in vehicle and equipment features to explain product benefits confidently.
• Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple inquiries, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
• Comfort using point-of-sale systems, CRM software, email, and standard office applications.
• Ability to work on-site in Jackson, TN, and move around the showroom and lot to show and inspect carts.
• Previous experience in retail, automotive, equipment, or similar sales environments is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or education in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
