Services include exterior cleaning of gutters/windows/solid surface - driveways, siding, patios, and interior inspection and cleaning of smoke detectors/dryer vents/drain pipes/water heaters/HVAC filters. All 18+ items can be completed for a typical home in less than 4 hours.
Job SummaryAs a successful Field Technician, you are ready to serve home owners and property managers as a partner, not just a vendor. You provide excellent and efficient completion of all 18+ items. You are comfortable working safely with pressure washers and water poles, generators, backpack blowers, industrial vacuums and ladders - on roof tops and gutter lines up to 50 ft high.
You have troubleshooting skills and the ability to adapt to a changing work schedule. A top-level Field Service Technician communicates well with Lead Technicians, meets them on-time at job sites in metro-Atlanta and efficiently manages all service callouts, providing high-quality service and maintenance for any job size.

- Meet with the client to greet them and explain the services you will be providing
- Respond to customer callouts and field dispatches.
- Conduct routine equipment servicing out in the field.
- Provide preventive equipment maintenance.
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment failures.
- Install and test new equipment.
- Obtain technical training on new equipment installations and safety procedures.
- Capture before and after photos and complete job reports.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Good communication and training skills.
- Physically fit and able to work with heavy equipment, at times on ladders and roof tops.
- Ability to travel and work according to a changing schedule around metro-Atlanta (up to 10 miles outside of I-285).

- Ability to problem-solve.
