We serve homeowners across Spring Hill, Franklin, Brentwood, Thompson’s Station, College Grove, and Columbia, providing professional home repair, maintenance, carpentry, light plumbing, and light electrical services.

• Complete a wide range of residential repair and maintenance projects.
• Troubleshoot issues and recommend effective repair solutions.
• Perform light carpentry, drywall repair, door repairs, trim work, light plumbing, light electrical, and general handyman tasks.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and provide a professional customer experience.
• Use mobile apps and company software to track jobs, update notes, and document completed work.
• Maintain clean, safe jobsites and follow company quality standards.
• Represent Honey Do Service with professionalism, reliability, and craftsmanship that clients can trust.

• 2+ years of experience in home repair, handyman services, maintenance, carpentry, or a related trade.
• Strong knowledge of residential repair and maintenance work.
• Ability to diagnose issues and complete repairs independently.
• Comfortable interacting with homeowners and delivering excellent customer service.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and basic tools (company provides specialty tools).
• Self‑motivated, organized, and dependable.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and safely perform physical work.

• Light plumbing and electrical experience.
• Previous handyman or residential service technician experience.
• Experience using Jobber or similar field service software.

• Performance‑based pay; top performers can earn over $30 per hour.
• Paid weekly.
